Field Care Supervisor

Gentlecare is a leading provider of quality domiciliary care services in the N-W London region. Due to new opportunities, we are now looking to recruit additional Field Care Supervisors to work in client's homes and assist with various types of care assessments including Re-Ablement services .

The Field Supervisor would be required to carry our Risk Assessments, provide support to Care Workers in the field(as well as cover any care calls in the event of emergencies), carry out Spot Checks, Supervisions, Appraisals of Care Workers and to liaise with Social Services, Service Users and other professionals and where appropriate, required to attend review meetings. The Field Supervisor, would provide an essential link between the Service Users, Social Services and the company to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively and we achieve required outcomes as agreed with Service Users. You will also be required to produce service monitoring reports for your Line Manager as part of our Quality Assurance procedures and ensure that supporting paperwork and documentation are organised and available for internal/external inspections.

Previous experience in the care field is essential for this post. The applicant should also have good verbal and written communication skills and have some IT skills although training will be provided in all areas. This position also requires the post holder to be an Essential Car User. We offer a competitive salary package to the right candidate and based on experience.
