Project Manager

Southampton, Hampshire, South East

£18,000 to £26,000 per Annum

An exciting opportunity has recently arisen to join the Future Home Care team in Southampton as a Project Manager.

Future Home Care has rapidly become a leading care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independent lifestyles within their own homes. Care and support is designed on an individual basis to meet the needs of the Service User and to promote their independence.

The main function of the Project Manager will be to take responsibility for the monitoring and management of an agreed number of Supported Living Projects; ensuring that the Service Users receive the highest standard of support/Care which is appropriate to their individual’s needs.

The Project Manager will ensure that this is delivered in line with Support plans, risk assessments, PCP’s and in accordance with CQC standards and organisational policies and procedures.

The post holder will be required to promote and follow the philosophy and practices of supported living, which seeks to promote and respect the rights of service users to lead an independent lifestyle of their own choosing in the community.

In addition the post holder will be responsible for line managing teams of support workers ensuring that they receive appropriate leadership, support, supervision and learning and development opportunities.
