JOB TITLE: Care Home Manager
REPORTS TO: Regional Manager
RESPONSIBLE TO: Operations Director
LOCATION: Care Home (with travel to Alpha Care Homes)
ROLE SUMMARY:
To provide a comprehensive resident focused management service designated as ?Person in Charge? in accordance with the Quality Care Commission (QCC) in order to ensure that the Care Home is operated in the most caring, professional, effective and profitable manner
