Rightsteps is a flagship pilot service developed by Turning Point that will offer new and innovative ways to deliver an integrated, holistic psychological wellbeing service across the UK. We’ll be working in conjunction with a number of PCTs across the nation to ensure that it reaches its full potential. Now we’re looking for you to play your part too.
Join us and you’ll have significant responsibility for the effective launch of the service. Your goal will be to ensure that high quality interventions are delivered to all clients. That means leading a large team to ensure that national IAPT guidelines are adhered to, that targets are achieved and, ultimately, that the service meets the needs of individuals living within the area.
Your ability to lead and manage a large mental health team is essential. So you will need a wealth of experience in doing just that. An inspirational individual who can embrace new ways of working, you will be inspired by our vision for Rightsteps as part of the social model of mental health, which works holistically according to risk and need rather than diagnosis.
Turning Point is a leading health & social care employer and provides a competitive remuneration package, pension scheme, and excellent training and development opportunities.
We are currently recruiting in the following locations: East Sussex (due to open Mar 10), Kingston (Surrey). We would also welcome speculative applications for other locations in order that we may contact you as soon as a suitable vacancy arises.
To apply please forward your completed application form or CV to turningpoint@myfuturecareer.co.uk with a supporting statement outlining the reasons why you believe you have the skills to contribute to our vision. Please quote Reference No R417S2000 and state the location of interest.
