Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) - Day Post

To assist the General Manager & Clinical Care Manager in exercising professional leadership. You will have previous team management experience in the provision of care services, demonstrating a 'hands on' approach to the delivery of care, a commitment to the company's excellent working practices and the ability to inspire others to do the same. You must be an RN1 with experience of caring for older people and leadership and staff supervision skills. Proficiency in IT is required.The Cotswold Home is a purpose-built, well-equipped 51-bedded home offering both nursing and residential care. It is part of the Elizabeth Finn Homes Group, which runs 10 award winning Care Homes across the country. We are Care Quality Commission rated. A Criminal Records Bureau check will be carried out for this position.
