Deputy Manager

£7.80 per Hour

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at our purpose-built home, Birkenhead Court & Grange, Challis Street, Bidston, Birkenhead.

The home is dual registered and is a 30 bed EMI residential home and 30 bed residential home for the elderly.

Our ideal candidate will hold their NVQ Level 3 in Care (as a minimum), have great communication skills, experience of working in a similar sized residential setting at a senior level, experience of administering medication, focus and drive.

We want the management team in our homes to lead by example, be fun yet professional and believe firmly in our ethos of delivering the very best care.
