£30,000 to £36,000 per Annum

We are looking for a Nursery Manager to run over a 90 place nursery with the ability to inspire and motivate a staff team and promote only the very best standards of care and education for all children at the nursery.

You will be someone who is passionate about all aspects of childcare and education and able to bring new ideas to the role.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education.

To effectively lead and manage the staff team including recruitment and retention, providing day to day guidance, training and support to all staff.

To ensure all policies, procedures and curriculums are implemented and adhered to at all times

To effectively manage the budgets and occupancy levels

To be influential in developing strong links with parents.

To manage the day to day operations of the nursery

You will be:

NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent or an EYP

and will need to have, knowledge of OFSTED standards, excellent knowledge of the EYFS, excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines and use budgets, excellent communication skills, strong people management skills and knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO etc.

Previous relevant supervisory experience is essential.
