My client, a large provider of nursing and residential homes for Older People throughout the UK, is currently recruiting for a Regional Manager to manage a cluster of Nursing Homes in the North East.
As Regional Manager, you will report directly into the Operations Director. You will be responsible for the management of a cluster of nursing homes within a georgraphical area. Key duties will include direct management of the Nursing Home Managers, setting the budgets and monitoring financials for each individual home, senior recruitment, apprasials and disciplinaries, attending Senior Managerment meetings, being a role model for the Managers within your region, and other duties as required by the Operations Director.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience of working in a Regional role, although an exceptional Home Manager may be considered. A nursing qualification is preferable although not essential. You must be willing to travel within this role, so a driving license is essential.
