Green Care Management Ltd
Staff Nurses
Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, East Midlands
£24,000 to £31,000 per Annum
My client, a national provider of secure residential homes and hospitals for adults with mental health problems, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, is currently recruiting for Staff Nurses for its unit in Nottingham
As Staff Nurse, you will assist the Deputy Nurse Manager and Nurse Manager with any duties as required. These duties will include the supervisory management of all support and ancillary staff; implementing nursing standards, ensuring that all National Minimum Standards are strictly adhered to; assisting with patient assessments to determine their individual needs in order to accurately formulate a Personal Care Plan; administration of medication, and ensuring that all patients participate in as wide range of activities of their choice as possible.
You will be a qualified nurse (RNLD/RMN), ideally with experience of working with adults with mental health problems or learning disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that has a culture of staff development and genuine career progression opportunities
