Job description

Support worker

Working for a leading West Midlands housing provider, you will be required to assistant vulnerable tenants in moving on from temporary accommodation to alternative housing. You will be required to assist them in their day to day living and facilitate their move into independent accommodation. You will have experience of supporting vulnerable individuals with housing benefits, liaison with external agencies and will have experience of carrying out support plans.
This role will be on a rota basis to include weekends and sleep-ins.
You must have a minimum of 6 months experience and a clear enhanced CRB.
