My client is a well regarded UK Wide Nursing Home provider are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager for their impressive Home in Lesmahagow

The Impressive Home is set within stunning grounds, close to local amenities and road links.

The home itself is a 76 bedded Home which looks after the care needs of elderly residents within a residential setting with two 17 bedded Units specialising within looking after patients suffering from varying stages of Dementia

The role will involve supporting management to ensure high standards are consistently met and adhered to, taking on managerial duties in the Managers absence, supervising and coaching of staff and the dealing with all aspects of administration within the home

The successful candidate will be 1st Level Nurse, the preference being an RMN but RGN Nurses with previous experience of working with Dementia patients will be considered.

Previous Management experience is preferred but candidate will be considered who have had supervisory experience. The ability to communicate effectively is essential in this role, as is the ability to lead and motivate a team.

The position is paying £29,500 per annum plus benefits.
