My client a well regarded Healthcare provider is looking to recruit a Charge Nurse for their impressive Nursing Home based on the outskirts of Edinburgh

The large home looks after the Nursing needs of frail elderly residents and residents suffering from mild to severe dementia on both a respite and full time basis.

The role will involve running a busy Unit, looking after care needs of Dementia patients and supervising a multi disciplinary team.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of supervising staff and running a busy and demanding Unit. Up to date clinical skills are paramount in this role as is an understanding of Dementia and experience of working with Dementia sufferers. Both RMN and RGN Nurse will be considered for this post.

Strong communication skills are vital in this role as s the ability to lead and motivate a team.

The role will be working a 39 hour week, with an excellent rate of pay + staff benefits
