Orchard Care Homes
Deputy Manager
Wakefield, North East
£7.80 per Hour
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at our purpose-built home, The Sycamores, Norton Road, Wakefield, WF1 3PB
The home is a 40 bed residential and dementia care home.
Our ideal candidate will hold their NVQ Level 3 in Care (as a minimum), have great communication skills, experience of working in a similar sized residential setting at a senior level, experience of administering medication, focus and drive.
We want the management team in our homes to lead by example, be fun yet professional and believe firmly in our ethos of delivering the very best care.
In return we offer a competitive salary, staff bonus scheme, a fantastic working environment, ongoing training & development and the opportunity to join an expanding company. The shifts are 8am - 8pm working 3 shifts on 3 shifts off on a rotating shift pattern.
