NURSING HOME MANAGER REQUIRED – NORTH WALES - £28 - £30,000!

Eclypse Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Home Manager to run a medium sized Nursing Home in Caernafonshire, North Wales.
The Home provides general nursing care and residential beds for 30+ residents.

Our Client is looking for an experienced Home Manager to continue the smooth running of this independently owned Home.
It is doing well with CSSIW, has no issues and has just received planning permission to have an extension within the next year or so.

The Role:

This position is for a Home Manager and they are looking for a confident individual with around 5 years management experience to work alongside their fully qualified Deputy, to ensure the Home is run to a high standard.
Hours of work are full time, between 42 and 45 hours per week.
The current Home Manager has been promoted so this position is available ASAP!

The Candidate:

Our Client is looking for a Registered Nursing Home Manager so a 1st Level RGN qualification is essential for this role.
Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in management and hold either an NVQ level 4 in Management or equivalent Management qualification.

The Salary:

The salary for this position is around £28 - £30,000, negotiable depending on skills and experience.
After the initial probationary period, there will be performance related bonuses available.
