£20,020 to £22,000 per Annum

RGN required to ensure at all times the highest standards of care are delivered to the service users whilst working within the defined company policies and procedures. Ensure all nursing practices reflect current trends. Work with the Home Manager and other trained nurses in assessing, planning, implementing quality nursing care. Supervising and training care assistants.

Job Summary

Responsibility

1. To have up to date evidence based clinical knowledge in relation to client groups

2. To be able to communicate at appropriate levels with all residents, relatives and staff

4. To have a good understanding of the role and function of the Care Home.

5. To be an effective team leader and role model.
