Support Worker
South East
£8.00 to £10.00 per Hour
A reputable organisation based in Hampshire is currently looking to recruit an interim Support Worker for a short term contract to provide a high level of service to vulnerable client groups.
The role will involve supporting customers to live as independently as possible, adding to their quality of life by helping them to achieve the needs identified in their individual support plans.
You will be required to maintain personal contact, by way of regular visits to monitor and support clients in line with their support plans. Where appropriate you will be required to respond to changes through recommending and agreeing alterations to the support plans so as to achieve and be able to demonstrate positive outcomes for customers
You will have responsibility for responding to emergency alarms as necessary and collaborate with other agencies, family members and GPs.
Along with previous support experience it is essential that you have a CRB Disclosure, a full driving license and your own car.
