RMN DEPUTY MANAGER REQUIRED – TORFAEN, SOUTH WALES - £28,000+!

Eclypse Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a 1st Level RMN Deputy to work within a well established Nursing Home in Cwmbran, South Wales.
The Home is privately owned and has been open to residents for over 20 years.
It is doing well with CSSIW and has no issues.

This medium sized Home consists of 2 floors and caters for all EMI patients.
They are looking for an experienced RMN, dedicated to providing high standards of care, to assist the Home Manager with staff supervisions, medication management and ensuring quality patient care.
Previous team leader / management experience is essential for this role.

The hours full time, up to 42 hours per week on a rota and the salary is negotiable depending on skills & experience and is around £28,000 per annum.
