Care Manager
Leicester, East Midlands
£15.00 to £18.00 per Hour
A highly reputable care provider based in Leicester is looking for an Interim Care Manager catering to clients with mental health and dementia for 3 months ongoing to start at short notice.
Reporting to the Service Manager main duties will entail: managing the registered home, coordinating and motivating a team of 15 care staff providing all aspects of care to the tenants, assessing care plans and risk assessments. Other duties include maintaining professional relationships with Social Services and ensuring that the Home maintains and exceed their CQC rating by providing strategic and operational change to the home.
The successful candidate must have a RMA, have management experience and be confident in managing complex cases with clients with learning disabilities. You must also be available to start at short notice and possess an enhanced CRB check and ideally show an extensive history of change management.
