Deputy Manager
South East
£13.00 to £16.00 per Hour
A well established care provider based in Bedfordshire requires an interim Deputy Manager to join their busy team for a period of 3 months.
Main duties of the role will include assisting the Home Manager within a residential nursing unit for older people and those who are EMI. This will involve reviewing current care plans in place with clients, implementing a new rostering system and promoting the services within the community. Other duties include budgeting and maintaining professional relationships with external agencies and Social Services.
The successful candidate will have experience supporting older people and must be committed to ensuring a high standard of service in Social Housing or Social Care. The candidate must be available at short notice, be at least NVQ Level 3 qualified in Social Care, possess an enhanced CRB disclosure and have your own means of transportation.
