A reputable well known housing organisation in the Northern Home Counties is currently looking to recruit a Housing Officer on a part time basis to join their hard-working, team-player environment for a period of 4 months ongoing.
The role will predominantly involve carrying out estate inspections, dealing with complaints of anti-social behaviour, nuisance and harassment, and implementing and enforcing the policies and processes for the estate management service
Other duties will include sign ups for new tenants, mutual exchanges and reporting maintenance jobs to the maintenance officer on site.
This is an exciting role for an excellent communicator, who would like to further their career within housing management. You will be required to work 18.5 hours a week on a flexible basis however you will be required to work Fridays. You will need strong personable skills, be reliable and responsible, and be able to work on your own initiative. It is essential that the post holder has a vehicle and an Enhanced CRB disclosure.
