Home Manager – West Sussex

This delightful 40 bedded care home providing nursing care, based close to Haywards Heath in West Sussex requires a Home Manager who is a qualified nurse.

This is an all encompassing role, so you will need to have good staff management skills, be adept at building relationships within the local community to ensure high occupancy rates and also ensure that the residents receive the highest level of holistic care possible.

The home is looking towards opening an EMI unit in the near future.

If you have experience of working as a Home Manager within the older person’s category, or are a Deputy Manager of a large home and feel you have the ability to step up to Home Manager role, please contact us for further details.
