Don't miss out on this excellent unique opportunity to join a brand new setting due to open within the next 2 months. You will be joining this Nursery at its crucial growth stage and will assist with all aspects of the launch including recruitment, ordering equipment, implementing policies and procedures, marketing and building relationships within the local community. You will also be given the opportunity and support to utilise and implement your own management style, in order develop high standards and a happy Nursery environment.

You must be fully qualified and experienced to apply for this position. A good knowledge of the EYFS is also essential. We prefer candidates with either the Foundation Degree, BA Degree or EYP status.

Duties include:

Responsible for the day to day running and administration of the Nursery.
Organising staff meetings and parent's evenings
Responsible for Managing budgets
Responsible for Effective Recruitment and retention
Producing Staff Rota's
Delegating tasks and ensuring staff ratio's
Care, education and supervision of children
Supervision other members of staff
Developing strong and meaningful relationships with parents, guardians, children, siblings and the local community
