Eclypse Recruitment is searching for 2 Registered General Nurses to join a brilliant, 50 bed Nursing / Residential Home in Bridgend, South Wales.
Our Client is part of a well known Healthcare provider, dedicated to providing high standards of care.

Our Client requires 2 RGN’s, either experience or newly qualified may apply, to join their team.
They are looking for pro-active leaders to take the Home forward and constantly improve their standards of Care.
This is a very busy Home, so they are looking for staff who can keep up with the fast paced, exciting atmosphere.

Duties will include:
Care Planning
Medication Administration
Assessing and Dressing of Wounds – RGN
Liaising with Medical Professionals, Relatives and Service Users
Assessing and observing the general well being of the residents

The Home has a green report on ‘CSSIW’ and has implemented the ‘Key Worker’ system, which means every Nurse will have a team of Care staff to assist with your duties!

The successful candidates will be rewarded with an excellent hourly rate of around £11.40 and have the opportunity to progress within the company!
