To support adults with varying levels of Learning Disabilities, living in shared or single occupancy supported living schemes across the service area.
To promote and follow the philosophy and practices of supported living, which seeks to protect, promote and respect the rights of the service users to lead an independent lifestyle of their own choosing within a community setting.
To ensure that the support provided to the service user(s) follows their agreed plan of care that focuses on their individual needs.
To support the development team as and when required with the set-up of new projects.
To work across various supporting living schemes within the local service area, to meet the needs of that service.
To work with the development team to support new service users until an appropriate staff team has been recruited.
