£6.30 to £7.35 per Hour

Future Home Care is a leading UK Care provider that supports adults with learning disabilities to live an independent lifestyle of their own choosing within the community.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced full and part-time Support Workers to work in various projects across Birmingham.

The main responsibilities of a Support Worker are to ensure that the service users receive the highest standard of support/care; appropriate to their individual needs. To promote and follow the philosophy and practices of supported living, which seeks to protect, promote and respect the rights of service users to lead an independent lifestyle of their own choosing within the community. To ensure that support provided to the service user follows the agreed plan of care that focuses on their individual needs.

To be considered for this position you will ideally have experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will also have a good general education enabling you to complete necessary documentation thoroughly and professionally. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Most importantly you will be highly motivated and be of a caring and empathetic nature.
