Home Manager: Due to continued success, Solor Care Group, a national care provider are looking to recruit an experienced Home Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to join a well established company to manage a Residential Service supporting adults with learning disabilities & complex needs.
The ideal Home Manager must have experience of working with adults with learning disabilities & complex needs. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage varying staff teams, supporting/assist with the day to day running of the service & supervising an established staff team to ensure their duties are carried out to the best of their ability.
This exciting role will be your opportunity to develop your career in multi-site management, working alongside senior management & maintain this service & include the recruitment of staff.
