Registered Manager for our clients crisis activity service in Gwynedd that provides residential care for young people (EBD).

Our client is a leading provider of residential services for young people throughout the UK.

The role will involve full responsibility of the home to include staff management, review of all policies and procedures, ensuring relevant legislation is adhered to, budgeting and safeguarding.

You will have worked within Residential Children’s services for at least 5 years and for 2 years as a Senior Residential Childcare Worker. Applicants must have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People’s Residential Management) Wales or equivalent . With excellent communication and people management skills you will lead your team in providing an excellent residential service to Young People.
