ROLE This is a full life cycle recruitment role where you will be encouraged to meet your clients and candidates where possible. You will develop new business by actively cold calling organisations where you can place your candidates. You will need to service existing clients and maximise sales opportunities within each established client. A keen eye for lead generation is needed as you will be working within a candidate driven market. You will be placing Social Care workers into care homes and other related organisations.
