They are well established on the National Framework agreement and have a strong client base in both the Public and Private sector. ROLE This is a full life cycle recruitment role where you will be encouraged to meet your clients and candidates where possible. You will develop new business by actively cold calling organisations where you can place your candidates. You will need to service existing clients and maximise sales opportunities within each established client. A keen eye for lead generation is needed as you will be working within a candidate driven market. You will be placing Social Care workers into care homes and other related organisations. CANDIDATE **Have a proven background within recruitment **Able to demonstrate a successful track record of consistently making the perfect match **Have a proven track record of developing new business **Be a strong team player who is able to display excellent communication skills and have a high standard of administration and professionalism **Hold a UK drivers licence YES Rec2Rec has successfully placed over 550 recruitment professionals in the last four years and currently have 1700 live vacancies across the UK, Europe and World-Wide.
