The role will involve servicing existing clients plus generating new business within your chosen area. This will be a full 360 degree role where you will enjoy a busy and active desk. You will be confident and capable of delivering exceptional service levels and have a proven track record of securing new business within the Care Sector.Ideal Candidate • You will come from a recruitment background from within the healthcare sector • You will have a proven track record of growing and developing and maintaining a recruitment desk• Be a strong communicator and be used to social care / healthcare terminology • Be able to demonstrate excellent administration skills to ensure compliance standards are constantly achieved • Be a strong team player who earns the respect of their team by leading from the front
