You must be self-motivated and able to work as part of a wider support team and act as an advocate on behalf of the client and service. You should be an organised and positive individual with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels and to follow instruction and direction.

 

Our client is a health and social care charity providing community care services for people with learning disabilities, older people and people with mental health needs, including dementia. Their services cover the areas of Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Gloucestershire and North Somerset.
