Senior support workers
West Midlands
£18,000 to £22,250 per Annum
The duties will include staff management and performance reviews, organising staff and children’s meetings, liaising with external agencies, preparing reports and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.
For all posts the ideal candidates will have previous experience of working with children who display challenging behaviour and posses an NVQ level 3 in care, although this is not essential. You should also have the ability to form positive relationships with children. You should have excellent communication skills, have the ability to work as part of a team and be flexible. You must be able to deal with difficult situations and cope well under pressure.
Applicants must undergo an enhanced CRB check.
Additional Benefits: £18,000-£22,250
